Here is a list of deadlines and a schedule of the 2014 Rainbow events as I know them at this very moment:

Saturday, October 4th: final deadline for projects for 2014 auction, please include registration sheet which is available online or the shop. Dinner ticket sales will begin – limited availability.
•Thursday and Friday, October 23rd & 24th from 3-6 and Saturday, October 25th from noon to 3pm - Quilt Show to determine Viewer’s Choice Award at Mountain View United Methodist Church, 1077 Viewpoint Lane, Forest VA. Votes are $1 each and all money raised goes to benefit Hospice.
•October 27th - 29th - Quilts will remain available for the public to see 8:30am-4:30pm at Mountain View.
•November 1st: Dinner and Auction

5:00pm - closed dinner, private preview and bidding registration for ticket holders
6:30pm - open to the public for viewing and bidding registration
