NEW CLASS ALERT! Ricky Tim's describes his Convergence quilts as "mysterious, magical, easy, and fun." We will be doing the first sample in his book "Harmonic Convergence."
Four pieces of fabric, about 10"x 12" each, will give you a placemat sized result.
Four 18" x 20" pieces will yield a finished piece about 22" x 29". This could be a nice wall hanging (with the right borders, of course,) or four of these larger examples sewn together could be a nice small throw. This is a really fun way to play with fabrics.
On the following Saturday, we will have a free workshop using the techniques we have learned, and maybe add a few more.
Come join us to discover some other ways of using the convergence techniques with panels, table covers, and maybe some curved piecing.
